doing a hard reset on this site to try and better (re)teach myself HTML

some general goals

• learn more about HTML formatting
• reate some visuals myself in paint
• have fun :3

Some changes I'm making

1. using Visual Studio Code instead of driving myself insane just using neocities on-site coding base
2. using a simpler and clearer html how to guide
3. will try to generally avoid templates so I can understand the base code of my site more fully when changing things
